2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Lead Intelligence & Data Usage Policy

Leads111 aggregates publicly available social signals to generate lead insights. Users agree to utilize exported lead details solely for legitimate, non-deceptive outreach related to trading, investing, or financial services. Unsolicited bulk spam or harassment violating third-party platform rules is strictly prohibited.

4. Credits, Billing & Refund Policy

Purchased credit packs (Starter, Growth, Pro) do not expire and remain active on your account until used. All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are unlocked, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All platform design, code, scoring algorithms, and brand assets are the property of Leads111. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the platform's proprietary interface or software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leads111 is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales volumes, or uninterrupted platform uptime. In no event shall Leads111 be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Accounts found in violation of our acceptable use policies or engaging in payment fraud may be suspended without notice.
