Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Publicly available social media handles, post/comment text, and engagement metrics from monitored platforms
• Account information you provide directly (email, name) when you sign up
• Payment information processed via our payment provider — we do not store full card details ourselves

2. How we use it

To classify and score publicly available trading/investing/forex activity into leads for our customers, to operate your account, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell raw scraped data as a standalone product outside the Leads11 platform.

3. Data retention

Lead records are retained for active periods from last activity, then archived or deleted. Account data is retained for the life of your account plus any period required for legal/tax record-keeping.

4. Your rights — including if you appear as a lead

If your public content appears as a lead in our system and you'd like it removed, contact us at privacy@leads11.xyz and we will remove it and add your handle to our opt-out list. Account holders can request a copy or deletion of their account data at any time.

5. Third parties

We use Supabase (database/hosting), payment processors, and n8n (internal automation) as infrastructure providers — none are given data beyond what's necessary to operate the service.
