1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Leads11.

2. Acceptable use

Leads11 data may be used only for lawful outreach related to trading, investing, or forex products/services. You may not use exported leads for harassment, spam campaigns violating the origin platform's terms, or any illegal purpose.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Credit packs do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use, engage in payment fraud, or attempt to scrape/resell our platform's own data without authorization.

5. Service availability

Leads11 is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion outcomes, or uninterrupted uptime, though we work to keep the service reliable.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
